The maintenance technicians disassembled the 0R-3002 injectors and found that the solenoid valve was severely corroded, the coil was broken, and the valve core was stuck. The reason for the corrosion was that the generator set was located in a humid environment, and the waterproof seal of the injectors was damaged, leading to moisture entering the injectors and corroding the solenoid valve. In addition, the maintenance personnel did not carry out anti-corrosion treatment on the injectors during daily maintenance.
